About the Chef
The Italian Chef and Owner Gabriele Furfaro was born in Milan in 1992 and grew up in Gropello Cairoli, a town of 5000 inhabitants.
Gabriele started to build his experience as a chef and with pizzas first in Italy and then in Germany, before moving to Australia in 2015.
Since then, he has been committed to combine the Italian tradition with the local expectations.
Among all the places that he has visited, he has fallen in love with the community around the Fremantle area, so much so that he has opened his pizza restaurant right here.
His goal? To offer the best pizza experience.
Fast forward to 2024, he won an award as 'The Best Pizza in the World' from the AOCRI association for his exceptional talent and knowledge in the art of pizza making.
